The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Healthcare Operations AI Output Evaluator to assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against healthcare operations quality standards. You will judge factual accuracy, rigor, visual presentation, professional quality, and overall fit for the healthcare operations domain.

This role is designed for an experienced healthcare operations professional who can apply specialized judgment consistently and explain evaluation decisions through precise, structured written feedback.

What You'll Do

You will evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations artifacts using domain-specific quality rubrics. Your reviews will help identify where AI-generated work meets professional standards and where it needs improvement.

• Assess factual accuracy, rigor, and overall domain quality.

Requirements
