The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking 50 experienced Healthcare Experts for a healthcare-focused AI training initiative. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, assess how realistically they reflect healthcare systems and workflows, and provide detailed feedback according to project guidelines.
The expected project duration is 3 to 6 months. This is an intermediate-level contractor role with hourly compensation ranging from $150 to $287, with a listed rate of $260 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will complete structured evaluation and text-generation tasks involving healthcare applications and workflows. Your assessments will help determine whether AI systems understand and perform healthcare-related tasks accurately, realistically, and consistently.
Navigate and evaluate healthcare applications, including Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athenahealth, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline.
Apply knowledge of clinical and healthcare workflows to assess AI-generated outputs.
Review accuracy and realism across patient records, billing cycles, medical coding, prior authorizations, clinical documentation, and EHR workflows.
Provide detailed feedback, annotations, ratings, and evaluations based on project guidelines.
Collaborate with the project team and consistently meet quality and delivery expectations.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing, medical coding, or a related healthcare role. Direct experience with one or more listed healthcare platforms is preferred.
The work requires strong healthcare workflow and clinical documentation subject matter expertise, conversational English proficiency, and comfort completing tasks in English.
2+ years of relevant hands-on healthcare experience
Experience with healthcare workflows and clinical documentation
Experience with evaluation rating tasks
Working knowledge of medical billing and medical coding
Experience with EHR systems or related healthcare platforms
Experience with Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, MyChart, CoverMyMeds, or 3M CodeFinder is preferred
English proficiency at B2 level or above
