About AI Training Work

AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human side of building intelligent systems. People prepare, review, and rate examples that teach models how to answer, reason, and communicate.

This role sits in the RLHF / response‑evaluation space: your feedback helps improve factual accuracy, clarity, reasoning, and tone in model outputs.

The Role

You will evaluate Gujarati AI responses and produce clear, reproducible evaluation artifacts in English that help developers improve future model outputs. Work is remote, contract, and part‑time.

Data type: text. Labeling activity: evaluation ratings, RLHF-style feedback, and question-answering quality assessment.

• Languages required: native fluency in Gujarati and strong proficiency in English.
• Time commitment: 20+ hours per week (remote contractor).
• Pay: $15–$20 per hour, paid hourly.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of model responses across accuracy, reasoning, clarity, tone, and completeness.
• Assess factual accuracy and identify reasoning or logic errors in answers.
• Compare alternative responses and identify communication gaps or misunderstandings.
• Produce consistent, reproducible evaluation artifacts and written feedback in English.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure evaluations are structured and actionable.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Gujarati and strong proficiency in English (writing evaluative feedback in English is required).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Significant experience using large language models.
• Strong attention to detail and structured analytical thinking.
• Prior RLHF, model evaluation, or data annotation experience is a plus (preferred, not required).

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly pay is $15 to $20 USD per hour. Payment is hourly according to the project's payment schedule.
