What you will do

Follow the project's annotation guidelines in Label Studio and create accurate polygon/box labels on supplied images. The project requires three specific label elements across each image.

• Annotate each fret with a polygon (one polygon per fret across the entire fretboard).
• Annotate the main playing surface of the fretboard as a single polygon or bounding box.
• Annotate the nut as a single box or polygon at the top of the fretboard.
• Exclude the player's hand from all annotations (do not include the hand inside any fret, fretboard, or nut polygons).

Requirements

No prior professional annotation experience is required, but you should be detail oriented and able to follow precise visual instructions. Basic familiarity with image annotation tools (polygons) is helpful; if you’re new, be prepared to learn Label Studio workflows.

• A device (computer or phone) and a stable internet connection — this work is fully remote.
• Ability to work carefully and consistently across many images.
• Willingness to follow project-specific labeling rules (especially the rule to exclude hands).

Compensation & logistics

This is a fixed-price project: the total payment is USD 500. You will be engaged as a contractor on a per-project basis. Details about milestones or delivery will be provided in the OpenTrain project workspace.
