The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Google Slides AI Task Recording Specialist to create realistic computer-based presentation workflows for AI training. You will design practical scenarios, prepare the necessary files and assets, complete each workflow in Google Slides, and produce a clear screen recording with supporting documentation.
Tasks may involve business decks, educational presentations, branded templates, visual communication, collaborative editing, charts, diagrams, speaker notes, transitions, sharing permissions, and export workflows.

What You’ll Do
You will build presentation tasks that reflect genuine business, education, sales, marketing, administration, training, reporting, or presentation-design scenarios. Before recording, you will prepare the Google Slides environment, files, images, charts, templates, sharing settings, and reference materials needed for the workflow.
During each task, you will record yourself completing the workflow on a computer while keeping the process clear, complete, and realistic. You will then document the task goals, context, steps, files, assets, and relevant notes so reviewers can understand the intended workflow and outcome.
You will also review each recording and submission for completeness, clarity, realism, and alignment with project guidelines.

Requirements
You should have hands-on experience using Google Slides for presentations, business decks, educational materials, templates, reporting, collaboration, or visual communication. Strong knowledge of the presentation features and browser-based tools listed below is required.
You must be comfortable preparing realistic workflows, managing the supporting environment, creating clear screen recordings, documenting task context, and working carefully and independently. English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required to understand instructions, document tasks, and communicate clearly.
- Hands-on Google Slides experience with layouts, themes, and formatting
- Strong knowledge of images, shapes, charts, diagrams, speaker notes, and transitions
- Experience with comments, collaboration, sharing permissions, and exports
