The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a German Corporate/M&A Legal AI Reviewer for a short-term, remote evaluation project with strong potential for follow-on work. You will compare text-based responses from two AI language-model platforms and assess them against a standardized scoring rubric.
The initial commitment is approximately 10 hours. Project information also indicates a time requirement of 20+ hours per week, depending on available work and follow-on opportunities.

Compare both platforms’ outputs side by side
Score each response against a standardized rubric
Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation
Maintain confidentiality under a non-disclosure agreement

Requirements
This role requires professional legal experience in Germany and strong knowledge of German corporate and commercial law. You should be comfortable analyzing legal text, distinguishing between response quality levels, and explaining your assessment clearly in writing.
Qualified to practise law in Germany
At least 2 years of corporate or M&A experience at a law firm; 3 or more years preferred
Native or fluent German with precise written communication
Ability to compare and evaluate text-based AI outputs
Ability to follow a standardized scoring rubric
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
