The German Audio Transcript Editor Role

As a German Audio Transcript Editor, you will listen to German audio recordings and review transcripts used for AI training. You will make precise word-level corrections, verify timing and alignment, and apply project style guidelines consistently.

What You’ll Do

You will work independently through web-based audio playback and transcript tools, maintaining consistent quality across large volumes of transcript work. Detailed project guidelines will direct how to handle standard and non-standard speech.

  • Listen to German audio recordings and review transcripts for accuracy
  • Correct misspellings, missing words, incorrect words, and misheard phrases
  • Verify and adjust precise timing and alignment of transcript segments

  • Flag unclear, overlapping, or challenging audio segments
  • Handle dialects, colloquial speech, filler words, and non-standard language according to project guidelines
