About AI training work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback) is the human side of building AI: people evaluate, correct, and rate model outputs so models improve. This work is frequently remote, flexible, and accessible to professionals with domain expertise.
This role focuses on evaluating AI-generated business materials—an area where experienced GTM professionals can apply their judgment to improve factual accuracy, presentation quality, and domain fit.
The role
You will review AI-generated sales and go-to-market artifacts (documents, slide decks, spreadsheets), identify factual and presentation issues, and provide structured written feedback following a rubric. Your assessments will typically result in evaluation ratings and written comments that guide model improvement.
This is a remote, contract, part-time role requiring at least 20 hours per week and paying hourly.
Work type: Contractor, Part-time
Time requirement: 20+ hours/week
Data type: Text (documents, slides, spreadsheets)
Labeling task: Evaluation rating plus structured written feedback
What you'll do
Apply your GTM experience to judge whether AI-generated outputs are factually accurate, appropriate for the target audience, and formatted professionally. Use the provided rubric to assign ratings and write clear, actionable feedback.
Evaluate AI-generated sales and GTM artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Native or professional fluency in English.
Proficiency with Google Slides, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
Comfortable reviewing business materials for accuracy, polish, and domain fit.
Experience evaluating AI-generated business documents for quality and accuracy.

Ideal applicants are senior GTM professionals—product marketers, sales leaders, go-to-market managers, or consultants—who enjoy careful review work and can explain errors succinctly. An advanced degree (Master's or higher) is a helpful plus but not required.
Strong judgment on factual, presentation, and formatting issues.
