About AI Training Work

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will create reinforcement learning environments that test an AI model's ability to solve full-stack software problems. You will build reproducible environments and golden reference solutions that demonstrate how those problems should be solved.

The work spans frontend development, backend systems, and the connection between them. You will also document your reasoning and review technical contributions to support high-quality AI training data.

What You'll Do

You will combine hands-on engineering with clear technical communication. Your work should make software problems reproducible, solutions verifiable, and the resulting training data useful for evaluating AI systems.

• Create reinforcement learning environments for full-stack software problems.
• Develop reproducible environments and golden reference solutions.
• Contribute clear code samples, debugging approaches, and development insights.
• Work across JavaScript or TypeScript, Python 3, Java, or Go.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs spanning the user interface and the underlying API or database layer.
• Build small to medium features end to end, from the interface through the data layer.
• Improve frontend and backend code for cleanliness, consistency, and maintainability.
• Document your reasoning, approach, and code decisions for AI training data quality.
• Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness and clarity.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

This is an intermediate opportunity for a developer with hands-on experience building both frontend and backend applications. Previous AI experience is not required, but interest in or curiosity about AI and its technical challenges is valued.

You should be comfortable explaining technical decisions clearly in English and applying sound development practices across the full stack.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building frontend and backend applications.
• Comfort with at least one frontend framework: React, Vue, or Angular.
• Comfort with at least one backend stack: Node and Express, Python with Django or Flask, Java with Spring, or a similar stack.
• Solid understanding of how frontend and backend systems connect through APIs.
• Ability to debug issues crossing the frontend and backend boundary.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Relevant full-stack software development and AI training experience.
• Fluent English proficiency and comfort working in English.
