The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an FP&A and corporate finance evaluator to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will assess each work product for factual accuracy, analytical rigor, domain quality, and presentation standards.
This is listed as an entry-level opportunity, but the role requires at least five years of practical FP&A or corporate finance experience. Success requires consistent financial judgment, close attention to detail, and the ability to explain evaluation decisions clearly in fluent English.

What You'll Do
You will evaluate generated business materials using domain-specific quality criteria. Your feedback will help identify where content is correct and useful, as well as where it needs improvement.
Reviews may cover both the substance of the analysis and the quality of its presentation across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
Assess financial documents and spreadsheets for accuracy
Judge analytical rigor and overall corporate finance quality
Identify factual errors in financial or business content
Review aesthetic and presentation issues in business materials
Grade work products against structured evaluation rubrics
Write clear, structured feedback explaining the issues you find
Requirements
You should bring substantial practical experience in FP&A or corporate finance and be comfortable evaluating business materials with consistency. Strong written English is essential because your assessments must communicate specific issues and reasoning clearly.
Advanced education, including a master's degree or higher, is welcome but not required based on the role requirements.
Five or more years of practical FP&A or corporate finance experience
Native or professional fluency in English
Ability to assess financial documents and spreadsheets for accuracy and analytical rigor
Strong judgment when identifying factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong working knowledge of Google Slides or PowerPoint
Ability to apply finance expertise consistently when evaluating generated work
Ability to write clear, structured feedback in fluent English
