What You’ll Do
Follow project guidelines to produce accurate transcriptions and segment-level labels. Work will be performed using OpenTrain’s internal proprietary tooling and may use Google Sheets for simple tracking.
Listen to and transcribe audio recordings in Bashkir (as stated in project responsibilities).
Annotate speech segments using classification and segmentation labels according to provided guidelines.
Validate and ensure the quality and accuracy of your annotations.
Log progress and basic metadata using Google Sheets when requested.
Requirements
The project has a short list of requirements so entry-level contributors can apply and get started quickly. Training will be provided.
Native fluency in Flemish (required).
No prior annotation experience needed — training provided.
Ability to work consistently 3–5 hours per day (20+ hours/week).
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets.
Reliable internet connection and a device capable of running browser-based tools.
