The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a FL Studio Workflow Specialist to complete realistic workflows in FL Studio and convert that experience into high-quality interaction data. You will demonstrate how you navigate the application, explain the techniques behind your work, and follow defined quality standards.

The role is designed for an experienced FL Studio user with practical knowledge of music production, audio editing, mixing, sound design, and project organization. It is listed as entry level, but strong hands-on FL Studio experience is required.

What You'll Do

You will complete assigned tasks inside FL Studio, record your screen while working, and document the process in a way that is clear to both technical reviewers and AI-training teams. You will also create structured evaluation materials based on the workflows you complete.

• Complete assigned music-production workflows in FL Studio
• Use features related to audio editing, mixing, sound design, and project organization
• Record and share your screen while demonstrating each workflow
• Document workflow steps, tools, features, and techniques
• Create realistic prompts based on completed workflows
• Write detailed evaluation rubrics
• Review outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines
• Work independently while following detailed instructions and quality requirements

Requirements

This opportunity requires current, independent access to FL Studio and the ability to explain your workflow decisions clearly. You should be comfortable showing your screen and translating practical software knowledge into consistent written guidance.

• Demonstrated hands-on FL Studio experience in music production, audio editing, or sound design
• Current access to FL Studio
