Finnish AI Reasoning and Content Reviewer

The work

You will help improve language models by reviewing Finnish and English content, checking reasoning, and explaining what makes an answer accurate or useful. The work includes research, analytical questions, reasoning scenarios, and detailed feedback on model outputs.

• Read, summarize, and divide long content into clear logical sections.
• Research information online and check claims in written content.
• Answer questions about data interpretation, trends, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
• Solve puzzles and reasoning scenarios, then explain the correct answer clearly.
• Create examples and scenarios that can help improve language model performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations on model outputs.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, one-month contractor assignment. Compensation is based on your experience and expertise.

• Pay: Compensation based on experience and expertise; no specific rate is provided.
• Availability: At least 20 hours per week, with up to 40 hours preferred.
• Schedule: Two to five hours of daily overlap with UTC-8:00.
• Languages: Working ability in both Finnish and English.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, logical-reasoning, and professional writing skills.
• Work setup: Ability to work independently with a reliable computer and internet connection.
• Helpful background: Study or a degree in engineering, literature, journalism, communications, arts, statistics, or a related field.
• Helpful experience: Business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, translation, online research, detailed explanation, or written-content review.
• Helpful tools: Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.
