About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. Experts review examples, assess model responses, write reference answers, and provide feedback so AI systems learn to reason and perform more accurately.
In this project, your accounting expertise will help evaluate financial reasoning and system behavior. Your real-world knowledge can shape how next-generation models handle accounting operations, financial systems, and reporting tasks.
No general AI background is required
Domain expertise is central to the work
Work includes evaluation, rating, question answering, and RLHF activities
Work is completed remotely with a computer and reliable internet connection
The Financial Systems Accounting Expert Role
OpenTrain is engaging Financial Systems and Accounting Experts for a project focused on accounting operations and enterprise financial systems. You will apply accounting judgment and hands-on systems knowledge to AI-generated work covering processes from transaction capture through month-end close and financial reporting.
Accounting proficiency is the primary focus, but prior paid experience supporting human data activities for AI models is a firm requirement. Using AI-enabled features in accounting software alone does not satisfy this requirement.
