About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Experts prepare and review examples, evaluate model responses, apply written rubrics, and provide feedback so AI systems become more accurate and useful.
This project combines professional accounting judgment with hands-on human data work, including text labeling, evaluation rating, text generation, question answering, and RLHF-style model evaluation.
Work on cutting-edge AI systems using real-world accounting expertise
Apply domain knowledge to model evaluation and response improvement
Remote work that can fit alongside other professional commitments
The Role
As a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert, you will help train next-generation AI systems by assessing accounting output for technical accuracy and practical relevance. You will apply your knowledge across processes ranging from transaction capture and reconciliations to month-end close and financial reporting.
Accounting proficiency is the primary focus, supported by expertise in financial systems and enterprise resource planning tools. Prior paid experience supporting AI training through annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is a firm project requirement. Simply using AI-enabled features in accounting software does not meet this requirement.
