The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Financial Reasoning AI Training Expert to help improve generative AI models. You will create demanding, domain-relevant finance tasks, develop well-reasoned solutions, and assess model responses using structured evaluation criteria.

What You'll Do
Design challenging finance tasks grounded in real financial practice

Requirements
This role requires professional finance experience and the ability to apply rigorous financial judgment when creating and reviewing AI-training content. Applicants should be comfortable solving complex finance problems and assessing output quality against defined rubrics.
At least 2 years of dedicated professional finance experience
Experience in one or more relevant areas, including investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, accounting, audit, corporate treasury, or financial planning and analysis
A professional finance credential: CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA
Ability to design and solve complex finance problems
Experience evaluating output quality against rubrics
Strong verbal, written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week during weekdays
