About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. People review examples, evaluate model responses, identify errors, and provide structured feedback so AI systems can become more accurate, useful, and dependable.
In this role, your finance expertise will help assess whether AI-generated explanations, calculations, analyses, and reasoning meet detailed quality standards. The work is remote and part-time, allowing contributors to participate in a fast-growing technology field from their own location.
The Role
As Financial Quality Assurance Lead, you will review AI-generated finance content and trainer QA work across finance training projects. You will assess financial accuracy, analytical reasoning, calculation correctness, terminology, market and accounting awareness, risk sensitivity, clarity, formatting, instruction-following, and compliance with project rubrics.
You will also provide precise written feedback, communicate project updates to trainers and QAs, support onboarding, maintain documentation, and help activate contributors who are not working consistently. The role is intended for experienced finance reviewers who can support quality operations across remote teams.
