You will analyze financial documents and produce high-quality judgments and reports that train and evaluate AI systems. What you'll do
This role combines technical financial work with careful annotation and evaluation. You'll provide clear, consistent judgments and supporting analysis that can be translated into training data for models.
Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decisions and labels
Evaluate financial risk and compliance against regulatory and organizational standards
Use advanced Excel functions and financial systems to interpret and summarize quantitative information
Prepare concise written reports and communicate findings clearly; some verbal communication may be required
Collaborate on special projects and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and consistency
Apply strong attention to detail to keep analysis and labels error-free
Requirements
You must be comfortable with finance work and with translating that judgment into clear, reproducible labels. No prior AI experience is required.
Strong background in financial analysis and advanced modeling
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems
Understanding of risk assessment and regulatory compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex financial topics
Organized, able to multitask, and able to maintain accuracy under deadlines
Available for 20+ hours per week and able to work remotely
