Finance Model Evaluation Expert

The work

You will evaluate AI model responses across corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, venture capital, and consulting. Your feedback will help identify gaps in accuracy, reasoning, and finance knowledge.

The role combines practical financial judgment with rubric development and benchmark design. You will work with AI researchers and finance experts to improve how specialized finance tasks are evaluated.

• Review AI outputs for accuracy, sound reasoning, and finance knowledge.
• Create rubrics and structured assessments for deal analysis, M&A, investment scenarios, and other finance tasks.
• Design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks with researchers and finance experts.
• Write clear feedback that can guide improvements to AI model performance.
• Distinguish strong financial analysis from incomplete, inaccurate, or poorly supported responses.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role for candidates in India. The listing does not provide a pay rate.

The role is marked entry level, but it requires at least two years of relevant professional experience. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience: At least two years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Knowledge: Corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
• Communication: Strong analytical ability and clear financial reasoning.
• Preferred credentials: CFA, CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance. Relevant professional experience and training may also be considered.
