The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Finance, Accounting and Advisory AI Evaluation Lead to establish the quality bar for AI-generated work spanning markets and investments, corporate finance, accounting, audit, tax, and management consulting.
This role combines expert task creation, solution development, output evaluation, calibration, and quality control. It focuses on training and evaluating AI systems rather than client engagement delivery or ownership of a single finance desk.

What You'll Do
You will produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions that test quantitative finance, corporate strategy, accounting standards, and investment analysis. You will also review, calibrate, and approve outputs to maintain consistent quality across multidisciplinary workflows.
The work requires careful validation of task scenarios, financial models, and strategic frameworks. You will apply rubric standards across finance and advisory occupations, including analyst, manager, actuarial, accounting, audit, tax, and consulting work.
You will identify complex domain edge cases and unclear rubric language, escalating ambiguities to the appropriate functional authority.
Create advanced expert tasks and reference solutions

Validate financial models, scenarios, and strategic frameworks

Requirements
This position calls for extensive senior-level finance or advisory leadership experience and authoritative expertise across the listed professional disciplines. Advanced credentials and strong written, quantitative, and quality-control judgment are expected.
10 or more years of senior finance or advisory leadership experience
Experience such as CFO, investment banking or private equity managing director, or Big Four partner
Authoritative expertise in markets and investments, corporate finance, accounting, audit, tax, and management consulting reasoning
CFA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced professional qualification
Strong quantitative modeling judgment
Executive writing ability
Multidisciplinary quality-control experience
Ability to establish quality frameworks
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is helpful but not required
