The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Figma UI/UX Designer to contribute professional design expertise to an AI training project. You will create practical graphics, layouts, interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, then review design iterations and provide clear feedback.

What You'll Do
Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces aligned with user needs and project objectives.

Requirements
This role requires substantial professional design experience and advanced Figma capability. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate meaningful design impact through a strong portfolio and to communicate their reasoning clearly when critiquing or refining complex design work.
Prior AI experience is not required. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is helpful, as is experience translating usability observations into clear design decisions.
Five or more years of professional graphic design or UI/UX design experience
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout for digital products
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong clarity and attention to detail
Ability to critique and iterate on complex design challenges
Self-motivated approach to autonomous remote project work
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is helpful
