OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. OpenTrain AI is hiring and contracting for this role, giving specialists a way to apply their professional judgment to cutting-edge AI work and grow a credible long-term portfolio.
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Specialists prepare examples, review model behavior, and explain what makes an answer accurate, useful, and aligned with real-world standards. In this role, your field marketing judgment will help shape how AI agents handle complex marketing decisions.
OpenTrain is seeking an intermediate Field Marketing AI Training Expert to create and evaluate high-fidelity simulated work environments for AI agents. You will bring practical field marketing and events judgment to scenarios involving event follow-up, sponsorship decisions, regional pipeline recovery, and joint planning against named account lists.
The work focuses on the decisions, tradeoffs, and subtle errors that distinguish strong marketing execution from plausible but incorrect work. This is a remote, part-time contract role with a default commitment of 20 hours per week and pay of $60 to $100 per hour.
You will design realistic marketing tasks, establish the practitioner-standard answer, and assess AI agent attempts across multiple stages of execution. Your work will require clear written reasoning and careful attention to how marketing tools, data, people, and decisions connect.
Applicants should have hands-on field marketing or events experience, including experience running a region against a sales number. You should be comfortable explaining why a marketing decision is correct, diagnosing conflicting marketing data, and making practical tradeoffs.
Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred. Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is preferred if held.
