The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Marketing Analytics AI Training Expert to design and pressure-test high-fidelity simulated work environments for evaluating and improving AI agents. You will turn authentic marketing analytics practice into realistic briefs, artifacts, tool states, judgment calls, and evaluation standards.
This role combines practical marketing measurement expertise with careful assessment of whether an AI agent can reason from messy or conflicting information and arrive at a defensible business decision. The listed experience level is entry level, while hands-on ownership of marketing analytics work is required.

What You'll Do
You will create realistic marketing analytics scenarios and assess AI agent attempts against expert standards. Your work will cover both the design of the simulated environment and the written reasoning needed to explain why an agent response is strong, weak, plausible, or incorrect.
Design task briefs based on real marketing analytics work
Define the issue being tested and the decision a strong practitioner should reach
Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for realistic scenarios
Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria
Evaluate AI agent attempts against expert standards
Explain your reasoning clearly when rating agent responses
Develop scenarios involving anomaly detection and channel-performance synthesis
Cover cross-source reconciliation, attribution, and incrementality
You should have hands-on practitioner experience in marketing analytics with direct ownership of analytical work. You must be fluent with Google Analytics 4, a product analytics platform such as Amplitude, a CRM such as Salesforce, and advertising platform reporting.
Strong written reasoning and sound judgment are essential. You should be able to diagnose messy or conflicting data, assess attribution and channel performance, and connect analysis to an actionable, defensible business decision.
