About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. People prepare examples, complete realistic tasks, and evaluate outputs so AI systems can better understand professional software, documents, and workflows.
This work is remote and often flexible, making it possible to contribute around other commitments. In this role, your enterprise software expertise will help establish accurate reference workflows and expected results for AI benchmarking.
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an ERP workflow benchmarking expert to create reusable application templates and realistic task environments for AI benchmarking across professional software. You will turn enterprise administration, accounting, medical records, and legal technology workflows into accurate, human-achievable reference tasks that can be checked automatically.

This is an entry-level opportunity by experience level, structured as part-time contractor work requiring 20 or more hours per week, and open worldwide.
