The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an Education and Tutoring AI Training Expert to participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations. You will simulate common learning scenarios, explain concepts, answer questions, guide learners, and provide academic support.

The work focuses on producing natural, accurate, and helpful examples that reflect real-world teaching and tutoring. You will adapt explanations and teaching approaches to learners with different needs, levels of understanding, and progress.

What You'll Do

You will take part in paired conversation sessions designed to represent authentic educational support. Project guidelines will help ensure each interaction remains natural and representative of real tutoring or teaching.

• Participate in one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations
• Simulate concept explanations, learner questions, academic guidance, and student support
• Adjust explanations and teaching methods for different learning needs and levels
• Demonstrate active listening, effective questioning, patience, and student engagement
• Provide constructive feedback and supportive guidance
• Follow project guidelines for natural, representative tutoring conversations

Requirements

This opportunity is designed for people with professional experience in teaching, tutoring, academic coaching, education, or a similar field. Several years of hands-on teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or academic support experience are preferred.

You should be comfortable working remotely in paired conversation sessions and communicating clearly with learners at different levels.
