The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking Education & Tutoring Experts to participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations. You will simulate common learning scenarios and demonstrate the communication, adaptability, and support expected from an effective tutor or teacher.

This is a remote contractor role for candidates based in the United States. The work is conducted in English, and native or bilingual English proficiency is required.

What You'll Do

You will take part in paired conversation sessions designed to reflect real-world tutoring and teaching interactions. Conversations should be natural, accurate, supportive, and representative of how learners receive academic assistance.

You will adapt your approach based on each learner's needs, understanding, and progress while following project guidelines.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Your domain knowledge matters most, and previous AI experience is not required. Candidates should bring expertise in education, tutoring, teaching, or academic coaching and be comfortable applying that expertise in paired remote conversations.

Professional experience as a teacher, private tutor, academic tutor, educator, academic coach, or in a similar role is preferred. Several years of hands-on teaching, tutoring, or academic support experience is also preferred.
