The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Dentist AI Training Expert for hourly contract work. You will review AI-generated dental and oral-health responses, create gold-standard content, and assess clinical reasoning across diagnosis, treatment planning, radiographic interpretation, prescribing, emergencies, and patient counseling.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated dental and oral-health answers for correctness, safety, and clarity
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard answers covering oral-health and dentistry topics
• Evaluate reasoning quality, treatment plans, radiographic logic, and medication-related safety
• Compare multiple model responses and rate them for correctness and clinical soundness
• Explain precisely what is right, wrong, incomplete, or unsafe in model responses
• Fact-check dental and medical information, contraindications, medication risks, and interpretations of findings
• Develop expert content covering diagnosis, emergencies, prescribing, and patient counseling

Required Qualifications

• DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree
• Active dental licensure or eligibility
• At least five years of clinical dentistry experience
• Strong grounding in oral diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care
• Confident clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis and urgent versus routine triage
• Strong understanding of oral disease processes, dental materials, and procedural fundamentals
• Careful evaluation of contraindications, medication risks, and potentially misinterpreted findings
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and precise written communication

Helpful Background

• Experience with radiographic interpretation and dental emergencies
• Familiarity with evidence-based dentistry and infection control
• Prior experience in AI data training, annotation, clinical review, peer review, or guideline-based content
• Comfort working independently in a remote contractor workflow across time zones
