The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Customer Support Document Evaluation Specialist for AI evaluation projects. You will review customer support, service delivery, and customer success documents, then provide structured feedback on their quality, accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
This contract opportunity is designed for professionals with customer support, service delivery, customer success, or a closely related background. The default commitment is about 40 hours per week, with a stated minimum availability of 20 or more hours per week.

What You'll Do
You will assess varied domain-specific materials using structured evaluation guidelines. Your reviews should be consistent, evidence-based, and detailed enough to explain what a document does well and where it could be improved.
Review customer support, service delivery, and customer success documents
Assess accuracy, relevance, clarity, and alignment with applicable quality standards
Provide written, structured feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas
Apply analytical judgment across varied domain-specific materials
Follow evaluation guidelines carefully and consistently
Maintain close attention to detail throughout document reviews
Requirements
A bachelor's degree and at least two years of professional experience in customer support, service delivery, customer success, or a closely related domain are required. You should be comfortable analyzing documents, communicating your reasoning in writing, and applying defined evaluation standards.
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. English proficiency is also required for the role's document evaluation work.
