The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Customer Success AI Task Reviewer to develop and review high-difficulty tasks involving enterprise SaaS customer success. You will create realistic scenarios and practical solutions, then evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, relevance, and usefulness.
The work covers customer onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, account health, stakeholder management, value realization, and account expansion. You will also help maintain quality across contributor output and identify edge cases or unclear evaluation criteria for escalation.

What You'll Do
You will use your enterprise customer success experience to produce demanding, well-grounded AI training tasks and evaluate proposed solutions. The work requires practical judgment: solutions should be accurate, relevant to the customer situation, and applicable in an enterprise SaaS environment.
Create challenging customer success tasks grounded in enterprise SaaS practices
Write accurate, relevant, practical, and customer-focused solutions
Evaluate and refine work involving customer lifecycles, renewals, retention, and revenue growth
Review and calibrate other contributors' output
Maintain day-to-day quality across assigned work
Identify genuine edge cases and unclear evaluation criteria
Escalate issues when evaluation standards or scenarios require clarification
Required Experience And Skills
This role is intended for an experienced customer success or account management professional, particularly someone who has worked with strategic enterprise accounts in SaaS. You should be comfortable assessing both the strategic quality and practical execution of customer success plans.
8 to 15 years of experience in customer success or account management
Primarily enterprise SaaS experience
Ownership of strategic enterprise accounts and complex customer lifecycles
Experience with renewals, retention, and revenue growth
Ability to develop health-score frameworks and renewal playbooks
Experience with risk-management processes and success metrics
Strong executive stakeholder communication skills
Experience leading business reviews and handling escalations
Ability to design onboarding, adoption, value-realization, retention, and account-expansion strategies
Ability to assess proposed customer success solutions for accuracy and practicality
Helpful Background
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field is welcome. Previous experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role may be useful, but it is not required.
