The Role

OpenTrain is seeking Creative Web UI Designers to create visually compelling interfaces and build them end to end with modern no-code platforms. You will focus on high-converting landing pages and brand storefronts that express a strong brand identity while supporting marketing performance.

This is a hands-on design and implementation role for an intermediate-level professional. The work includes web UI design, no-code deployment, and hands-on evaluation or annotation activities. It does not center on backend development or research-heavy UX design.

What You’ll Do

You will turn visual concepts and brand direction into polished, live web experiences. The work combines creative interface design with practical implementation and review, so attention to visual quality and commercial effectiveness is important.

  • Design visually compelling web user interfaces
  • Build and launch landing pages and brand storefronts end to end
  • Use no-code platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress
  • Optimize page layout and typography
  • Iterate on web experiences for commercial effectiveness
  • Perform text annotation, evaluation, or rubric-based quality assurance
  • Review or annotate images when required

Requirements

Applicants should have demonstrated UI design ability and practical experience deploying web pages. A strong portfolio with live website links is required. Familiarity with ecommerce and digital brand design is also important for this work.

  • Intermediate experience level
  • Hands-on experience with text annotation, evaluation, or rubric-based QA
  • Hands-on image annotation or image review experience
  • Experience with no-code platforms, including Shopify or Webflow
  • Demonstrated web UI design skills
  • Knowledge of layout and typography principles
  • Experience deploying web pages end to end
  • Strong portfolio with live website links
  • Ecommerce and digital brand design subject-matter familiarity
