The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking an intermediate Creative & Design Specialist with at least two years of professional experience using relevant creative tools. You will complete structured creative-application tasks and evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, realism, and workflow quality.
This is a remote contractor opportunity expected to run for 3 to 6 months. Participation is based on available structured tasks, with deliverables submitted within agreed-upon timelines and project quality benchmarks maintained.

What You'll Do

Requirements
Applicants should bring relevant creative design or digital media production experience and be able to discuss their background as a Creative & Design Specialist. Prior paid AI-training or data-labeling experience is helpful but not required.
Strong written and verbal English communication at B2 level or above is required. You must also have reliable internet access, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document reproducible issues.
- At least two years of professional experience with relevant creative tools.
- Experience in one or more of graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio and sound work.
- Proficiency with relevant applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, or Behance, or comparable tools.
- Conversational English proficiency and comfort working in English.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain project quality benchmarks and meet agreed deadlines.
- Dependable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
