What You'll Do
You will review legal materials and provide structured judgments that help improve AI model reasoning. Your work will combine document analysis, legal issue spotting, evaluation, and annotation.
Review complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures
Analyze matters involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets
Assess nuanced legal scenarios and provide detailed feedback on AI reasoning
Evaluate commercial litigation materials and identify important legal principles and procedural details
Review legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches for accuracy, clarity, and practical quality
Annotate, categorize, and explain key issues in corporate-law datasets
Apply US legal practice standards and align judgments with established rubrics and quality expectations
Collaborate asynchronously on legal data evaluation and review
Requirements
An active license to practice law in the United States is required. Candidates should have recent experience, either current or within the past three years, at a top-tier BigLaw firm and substantial expertise in a relevant practice area.
You should be comfortable analyzing complex legal documents, identifying nuanced legal issues, and evaluating legal reasoning against clear quality standards. Experience with legal data annotation or rubric-based review is helpful, but prior AI training experience is not required.
Active license to practice law in the United States
Recent top-tier BigLaw experience, current or within the past three years
Substantial expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation, or high-value transactional matters
Experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments
Strong ability to analyze complex documents and evaluate nuanced legal reasoning
Exceptional attention to detail

Legal data annotation or rubric-based review experience is helpful
