The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer to review AI-generated legal content. You will compare answers from two AI platforms, score each response against a standardized rubric, and provide concise written feedback.
This is a remote contract, part-time opportunity open to candidates in Spain. The initial commitment is approximately 10 hours, with strong potential for additional work. The listing also indicates a time requirement of 20+ hours per week.

Requirements
This project requires professional legal experience in corporate, M&A, or transactional practice, along with the ability to communicate precise evaluations in Spanish.
Qualified to practice law in Spain
At least 2 years of law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice; 3+ years preferred
Strong command of Spanish corporate and commercial law
Native or fluent Spanish with precise written communication
Ability to work independently, follow a standardized rubric, and meet deadlines
Experience comparing or evaluating AI-generated legal content is beneficial
