You will help create and review training data for AI systems that work with corporate legal materials. The role combines practical US corporate law judgment with structured review, correction, drafting, and explanation.
You will work with transactional documents and realistic deal scenarios. Your feedback will help make legal AI content more accurate, clear, and consistent with US corporate law.
- Review and annotate merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, and financing documents.
- Draft corporate law scenarios, deal hypotheticals, and research memos involving M&A, governance, securities, and entity structuring.
- Evaluate AI-generated corporate legal content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with US corporate law.
- Correct errors and explain ambiguity, legal risk, and drafting issues using judgment from live deal work.
- Help create guidelines and quality standards for corporate legal training data.
- Turn complex corporate legal principles into clear, structured formats for AI training.
What It Pays And Takes
This is a contractor, part-time opportunity for a US-based legal practitioner. The listing is marked entry level, but the role requires substantial corporate law experience and an active license.
- Pay: $100 to $180 per hour.
- Time: 20 or more hours per week.

- Education: JD from an accredited US law school.
- License: Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction, in good standing.
- Experience: 3 to 10 or more years of substantive corporate law experience.

- Required experience: Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, financing documents, and governance instruments.
- Core skill: Assessing legal accuracy, identifying risk, and explaining reasoning clearly in writing.
- Helpful background: Buy-side and sell-side M&A, in-house or general counsel work at a US company, a judicial clerkship, law journal editorial work, or teaching junior attorneys.
