The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Corporate Document Quality Reviewer to evaluate and improve AI-generated knowledge-work deliverables. You will compare alternative versions of presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs, assess their content and visual quality, and rework the strongest version into polished, publish-ready corporate work.
This is fully remote contractor work with an expected commitment of approximately 10 hours per week. The role is listed as entry level and requires English-language work.

What You'll Do
You will assess the quality of AI-generated corporate deliverables and turn the strongest candidate into a reference-quality document. Your evaluations should consider both visual presentation and the substance and realism expected in professional business materials.
You will support your decisions with clear written reasoning and specific evidence from the work, such as individual cells, slides, tables, or sections.
- Compare alternative AI-generated versions of corporate deliverables
- Evaluate layout, spacing, typography, color, alignment, sizing, margins, and dead space
- Assess overall polish, domain realism, and business suitability
- Select the strongest version and refine it into polished, publish-ready work
- Explain quality ratings using evidence from specific cells, slides, tables, or sections
- Apply design judgment across presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and PDFs
Requirements
You should have experience producing or reviewing polished business materials and a strong ability to recognize visual and editorial quality. Relevant backgrounds include design, marketing and communications, consulting, investment banking, corporate design, agency work, or another knowledge-work discipline.
You must have working access to Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and be comfortable working in native Office formats.

- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
