About AI Training and Content Review

AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. People review examples, write model responses, compare outputs, and provide detailed feedback so AI systems become more accurate, useful, clear, and aligned with user intent.

In this role, your copywriting and editorial judgment will directly shape how AI models produce marketing and content-writing responses across different audiences, formats, tones, and business contexts.

The Role

As a Copywriting and Content AI Reviewer, you will evaluate AI-generated marketing and content-writing outputs and create expert copy when needed. You will assess responses for reasoning quality, intent alignment, clarity, brand fit, tone, structure, audience targeting, claims risk, and factual accuracy.

You will also provide precise written feedback, produce gold-standard rewrites, and rate responses in ways that help improve model writing quality. The role is listed at entry level, while the requirements call for professional experience in copywriting, content writing, editorial work, content marketing, or brand storytelling.

• Review AI-generated writing for accuracy, clarity, tone, and brand fit

What You'll Do

You will work across common marketing and content formats, applying careful editorial judgment and an understanding of audience needs. Your reviews should be specific, actionable, and grounded in the requested purpose, voice, and context.

• Review marketing and content-writing outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone, and brand fit.
• Identify problems in logic, messaging, audience targeting, compliance risk, structure, and style.
• Fact-check statements where needed and write precise, actionable feedback.
• Create expert copy or model outputs for landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, ads, social posts, product copy, scripts, and long-form guides.
• Compare multiple responses and rate them for effectiveness, correctness, and reasoning quality.
• Write gold-standard rewrites that demonstrate stronger clarity, persuasion, consistency, and conversion intent.

Requirements

This opportunity is suited to a strong English-language writer with professional experience and a keen eye for editorial quality. You should be comfortable adapting writing to different brand voices, audiences, formats, and business goals.

• Professional experience in copywriting, content writing, editorial work, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience-aware writing for B2B or B2C contexts.
• Ability to improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, consistency, and conversion intent.
• Ability to spot factual errors, weak reasoning, overclaims, and potential compliance issues, especially in regulated domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and comfort providing specific, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with AI data training, content quality assurance, editorial operations, or style-guide governance is strongly preferred.
