Contract Review Expert

You will review AI-generated contract analyses and drafting outputs. Your feedback will help assess whether the work is accurate, clear, complete, defensible, and useful in practice.

You will also explain legal issues, suggest improved contract language, compare model responses, and test outputs for misleading certainty, confidentiality risks, and bias.

• Review AI-generated contract analyses and drafting outputs.
• Identify problems with clause interpretation, risk allocation, missing terms, ambiguity, and enforceability.
• Fact-check legal concepts and citations when needed.
• Write explanations, negotiation notes, clause rewrites, and playbook guidance.
• Evaluate and compare responses for correctness and reasoning quality.
• Review issues involving liability caps, indemnities, warranties, termination rights, payment risk, and intellectual property.

What it pays and takes

This is remote, part-time contractor work. You must be based in one of the listed countries and have at least C1 English proficiency.

• Pay: $40-$100 per hour.
• Time requirement: 20 or more hours per week.
• Work type: Remote contractor, part time.
• Eligible locations: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
• Education or experience: JD, LLB, or equivalent, or substantial contract review experience as a paralegal or contracts professional.
• Professional experience: At least five years in contracts, legal operations, procurement, vendor management, or related work.
• Agreement experience: MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Specialized knowledge: Privacy and security clauses, confidentiality, data processing, breach notification, and audit rights.
• Preferred background: AI data training, legal quality assurance, knowledge management, template library maintenance, contract lifecycle management tools, or version control.
• Other expectations: Turn legal risks into practical business guidance and deliver consistent quality in a remote workflow across time zones.
