In this role, your commercial real estate knowledge will help improve AI systems working with agreements, valuations, feasibility studies, appraisals, and market analysis. Your reasoning and quality judgments can help models produce more accurate and useful results.

  • Work on cutting-edge AI development
  • Apply professional expertise to practical model-training tasks
  • Complete flexible remote work independently

The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Commercial Real Estate AI Training Expert to support AI training projects focused on commercial real estate. You will use your experience in brokerage, valuation, or property management to create and evaluate high-quality training content.

Prior AI training experience is not required unless specified by a particular project. Strong real-world commercial real estate knowledge, careful judgment, and clear written English are the most important qualifications.

  • Engagement: Part-time contractor
  • Eligible countries: United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom
  • Primary language: English

What You'll Do

You will review source materials and AI-generated outputs, then provide clear, well-reasoned feedback according to project guidelines. The work requires consistency across repeated review tasks and the ability to explain why a response or judgment is correct.

  • Write or improve expert responses about commercial real estate
  • Review feasibility studies, lease agreements, and related source materials
  • Evaluate model outputs against project guidelines and rubrics
  • Assess commercial property valuations and appraisals
  • Apply market analysis knowledge to review tasks
  • Explain judgments clearly so feedback can improve model behavior
  • Maintain consistent quality across repeated assignments

Requirements

Applicants should have deep commercial real estate experience and be comfortable applying professional knowledge to detailed, structured review tasks. Experience may come from brokerage, valuation, property management, or another relevant professional or academic background.

  • Deep commercial real estate experience in brokerage, valuation, or property management
  • Ability to review feasibility studies and lease agreements
  • Familiarity with market analysis and commercial property appraisals
  • Strong written English communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed project instructions
  • Ability to apply rubrics consistently
