The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Commercial Real Estate AI Training Expert to support AI training projects focused on commercial real estate. You will use your experience in brokerage, valuation, or property management to create and evaluate high-quality training content.
Prior AI training experience is not required unless specified by a particular project. Strong real-world commercial real estate knowledge, careful judgment, and clear written English are the most important qualifications.
Pay: $40–$65 per hour

What You'll Do
You will review source materials and AI-generated outputs, then provide clear, well-reasoned feedback according to project guidelines. The work requires consistency across repeated review tasks and the ability to explain why a response or judgment is correct.
Write or improve expert responses about commercial real estate
Review feasibility studies, lease agreements, and related source materials
Evaluate model outputs against project guidelines and rubrics
Assess commercial property valuations and appraisals
Apply market analysis knowledge to review tasks
Explain judgments clearly so feedback can improve model behavior
Maintain consistent quality across repeated assignments
Requirements
Applicants should have deep commercial real estate experience and be comfortable applying professional knowledge to detailed, structured review tasks. Experience may come from brokerage, valuation, property management, or another relevant professional or academic background.
Deep commercial real estate experience in brokerage, valuation, or property management
