The Clinical Trial CSR AI Training Writer Role

OpenTrain is recruiting an experienced clinical writer to support AI training workflows involving synthetic clinical trial data and Clinical Study Report authorship. You will produce high-quality source materials and define the prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics used to measure an AI agent's ability to complete comparable clinical writing assignments.

The role involves detailed, sustained work across complete documents and is suited to someone comfortable maintaining accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout long-form clinical reporting workflows.

  • Work with pre-market Phase 1-3 clinical trial data
  • Author complete Clinical Study Report sections

What You'll Do

You will combine clinical writing expertise with structured evaluation judgment. Your work will help establish reliable training and assessment materials for AI systems handling clinical trial reporting.

  • Generate and validate high-quality synthetic clinical trial data for AI training
  • Author complete sections of Clinical Study Reports based on pre-market clinical trial work
  • Design prompts representing realistic clinical writing tasks and expected outputs

Required Qualifications
