About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Clinical Survey Review Expert to support AI training work focused on clinical and therapeutic survey review. This role uses physician and patient clinical research surveys so AI systems can learn from structured human expertise, careful review, and clear written feedback. Prior AI training experience is not required. The most important qualification is strong real-world knowledge of a relevant clinical or therapeutic area.

What you will do
Review physician and patient surveys for clinical and therapeutic-area accuracy. Evaluate disease terminology, treatment pathways, therapies, clinical scenarios, and response options. Identify inaccurate, outdated, ambiguous, or incomplete clinical considerations, and assess whether questions reflect physician decision-making and patient experiences. Collaborate with survey methodologists when appropriate and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for improvement. Relevant areas may include oncology, inflammatory bowel disease, neurology, migraine, pulmonology, and COPD.

Required skills
Bring at least three years of professional experience in a relevant therapeutic or clinical area and a strong understanding of disease, treatment landscapes, and real-world clinical decision-making. Relevant backgrounds include medical affairs, clinical research, medical writing, life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical market research, healthcare insights, scientific communications, or clinical practice. Experience designing or fielding physician or patient market research surveys is valuable. Strong written communication, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to apply detailed project guidelines consistently are required. An MD or other clinical degree is welcome but not required. Fluency in English and comfort working independently on remote contractor tasks are also required.
