The Role

OpenTrain is hiring Clinical Biomedical Pharma Evaluators to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. You will grade outputs against domain-specific rubrics, identify factual and presentation errors, and provide clear written feedback.

This is a remote, hourly contractor role for experienced professionals who can apply clinical, biomedical, or pharmaceutical judgment consistently.

What You'll Do

Your core responsibilities are evaluation and feedback: use clinical and pharma expertise to judge AI outputs against structured rubrics, surface errors, and explain improvements clearly and concisely.

• Evaluate AI-generated work products against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, methodological flaws, aesthetic issues, and presentation problems.
• Provide structured, written feedback that is actionable and professional.
• Apply subject-matter expertise in clinical, biomedical, or pharmaceutical review contexts.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the professional and technical requirements below. We will verify relevant experience and language proficiency as part of the hiring review.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in clinical, biomedical, or pharmaceutical fields.
• Native or professional fluency in English for precise, professional written feedback.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated work against quality rubrics (required).
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides/PowerPoint.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
