You will create and assess expert-level tasks for AI systems using cardiac sonography and echocardiography workflows. Your reviews will focus on technical accuracy, patient safety, current practice, and professional guidelines.
You will also explain your clinical reasoning in clear written feedback so AI systems can improve their handling of cardiac imaging content.
- Create tasks about image acquisition and optimization, standard view protocols, Doppler and hemodynamic measurements, chamber quantification, pathology recognition, and preliminary reporting.
- Review AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, patient safety, and alignment with professional echocardiography practice.
- Provide structured written feedback that identifies errors and explains the correct approach.
- Apply clinical reasoning across cardiac sonography workflows and explain conclusions precisely.
What it pays and takes
The structured time requirement is 20 or more hours per week, and the role is open to candidates in the United States.
A bachelor’s degree, an accredited sonography program, and a recognized cardiac sonography credential are required. The work also calls for professional fluency in English and strong written communication.
- Pay: up to $130 per hour for completed work, subject to project terms.
- Schedule: flexible part-time work with a 20+ hour weekly requirement.
- Location: open to candidates in the United States.
- Credential: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer credential from ARDMS or an equivalent Registered Cardiac Sonographer credential from CCI.
- Clinical knowledge: at least one area such as adult transthoracic echocardiography, Doppler and hemodynamic assessment, stress or contrast studies, TEE, pediatric and congenital echocardiography, strain and 3D imaging, or point-of-care echocardiography.
- Work style: ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.
- Helpful background: RVT, RDMS, or advanced echocardiography credentials; experience in several echo lab settings, an academic medical center, hospital echo lab, or cardiology practice; or experience training students or new sonographers.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including reviewing model responses and rating their quality. People with clinical expertise help assess whether AI-generated content is accurate, safe, and useful in specialized fields.
