The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Business Analysis and Research AI Training Specialist for a part-time remote contractor project estimated to last 1 to 3 months. You will use business analysis, research, process improvement, and analytical communication skills to produce clear, well-structured content for varied audiences.

Prior AI training experience is not required. The focus is on strong professional judgment, evidence-based analysis, and the ability to explain complex business information clearly in writing.

What You'll Do

• Analyze complex business scenarios and explain decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes.

Requirements

This opportunity is intended for professionals with substantial experience in business analysis, market or policy research, operations management, or a related field. You should be comfortable interpreting information, conducting structured research, and producing polished written deliverables.

• At least three years of experience in business analysis, market or policy research, operations management, or a related field.
• A proven record of producing business cases, research reports, requirements documents, or process documentation.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research, data interpretation, and analytical writing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or comparable analytical tools.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, SQL, or comparable analytical tools.
• Excellent written English and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods and stakeholder communication.
