About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human work behind smarter models: reviewers read, rate, and correct model outputs so AI systems become more accurate, helpful, and safe. This role focuses on evaluating personalized responses for professional users.
These projects are often remote and flexible, and they require careful judgment, clear writing, and respect for data privacy.
The Role

You will provide structured, actionable feedback that helps model teams fix incorrect personalization, remove unsupported assumptions, and improve overall user experience.
Position type: Remote contractor, part-time.

Requirements
Native-level proficiency in one of: German, Japanese, Korean, or French.
Strong analytical judgment for evaluating nuanced AI responses and personalization quality.
Excellent written communication to produce concise, structured feedback.
Active primary Google Workspace or corporate Gmail account with substantial business email history and inbox primarily in the target language.
Comfort using your primary business account for review work and completing any consent requirements.
Reliable desktop or laptop and internet connection; ability to work independently.
Familiarity with business email workflows and professional account usage.
Willingness to follow strict confidentiality and data-handling rules.
Helpful Background
Experience with AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or QA is useful but not required.
