About AI training and this work
AI training (data labeling and human feedback) is the human foundation behind modern AI systems. Evaluators like you judge model outputs, write corrections and feedback, and directly influence how models behave in generation, copy, and creative tasks.
This opening focuses on generative output review: assessing AI-created brand assets and marketing collateral so models learn to produce accurate, polished, and on-brand materials.
The role
You will evaluate AI-generated brand and marketing materials—documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks—against domain-specific quality rubrics, then deliver clear, structured written feedback that flags factual, aesthetic, and presentation issues. This is a remote, hourly contractor role with substantial weekly hours.
Work type: contractor, part-time; remote, worldwide
Time commitment: 20+ hours per week
Pay: $80–$120 per hour (hourly paid)
What you will do
Review AI-generated brand documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks using provided quality rubrics
Identify and document factual errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
Assess aesthetic and presentation quality: layout, copy tone, visual hierarchy, and slide sequencing
Write structured, actionable feedback that models can learn from and engineers can implement
Apply judgment to escalate ambiguous or higher-risk issues per project guidelines
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in brand, creative direction, or marketing collateral
Native or professional fluency in English
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
Proven ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against formal rubrics
Strong judgment about factual, aesthetic, and presentation quality
Helpful background
An advanced degree (master's or higher) from a reputable institution is a helpful plus but not required. Prior experience reviewing AI-generated creative work or working with creative QA processes will make you especially effective.
Compensation & logistics
This contractor role pays hourly between $80 and $120 per hour. You will be expected to contribute at least 20 hours per week and manage your schedule within the project's deadlines. OpenTrain handles contracting and payments.
Payment type: hourly (PAY_PER_HOUR)
Currency: USD; hourly rate range: $80–$120
Labeling data type: documents; label types include evaluation ratings and text-generation feedback
