You will help train AI agents to use Blender for professional 3D work. You will create realistic tasks, demonstrate complete workflows on screen, document each step in English, and define how the finished work should be judged.
- Write production-realistic Blender task briefs that are closely scoped and easy to verify.
- Set up your environment and record complete demonstrations using the provided capture tools.
- Capture your actions, interface state, and file changes from start to finish.
- Document each workflow step clearly so another expert can reproduce it.
- Define finished-result requirements, intermediate milestones, common errors, and grading criteria.
- Create tasks ranging from single-tool operations to longer workflows that use multiple applications.
- Review and quality-check other contributors' recordings for realism, completeness, and correct grading criteria when assigned QA work.
- Keep recordings free of personal information, use only approved applications, and complete the work without closed-source AI assistants.
What It Pays and Takes

- Production experience with modeling and clean topology, modifiers, UV unwrapping, materials and shading, lighting, and rendering in Cycles or EEVEE.
- Ability to identify and explain bad topology, shading and normals problems, scale inconsistencies, and non-manifold geometry.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with clear writing for reproducible workflow documentation.
- Ability to apply detailed rubrics consistently and make repeatable quality judgments across similar tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, self-direction, and asynchronous work habits.
- Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, evaluation, or benchmark work.
- Familiarity with screen recording tools is helpful, as is the ability to install capture software on Windows 11, Ubuntu with X11, or macOS.
