The work

You will support AI benchmarking and model-development work by reviewing biology, bioinformatics, and computational biology workflows. You will assess scientific methods, tools, data analysis, and AI models, then provide clear feedback for technical and non-technical collaborators.

  • Design, evaluate, and critique workflows used in biology, bioinformatics, and computational biology.
  • Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, NGS, RNA-seq, single-cell, variant-calling, and protein-structure data.
  • Review pipeline parameters, tool configurations, statistical methods, and biology-related AI models or tools.
  • Assess accuracy, reproducibility, and scientific quality.
  • Explain complex scientific concepts clearly and document findings, methods, and best practices.
