About AI training and construction work

The role

You will serve as a BIM and Construction Coordination Reviewer, evaluating architectural and engineering blueprints and BIM models to identify clashes, determine root causes, and recommend technical fixes. Your outputs will be used for AI model evaluation and to improve training datasets.

This is a contract, part-time role with an expected commitment of 20+ hours per week. Work is document- and model-focused and requires strong, demonstrable experience with BIM coordination tools and construction documentation.

What you'll do

• Review architectural and engineering blueprints to find design and construction clashes
• Use Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash detection
• Document root causes, technical reasoning, and recommended solutions for coordination issues
• Prepare clear technical documentation for construction coordination workflows
• Communicate complex coordination challenges and solutions in writing and verbally
• Support quality assurance of construction documentation used for AI model evaluation

Requirements

All listed requirements come from the role description and must be met or demonstrably supported by your portfolio or past projects.

• Extensive experience with BIM coordination in real-world construction projects
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for clash detection and drawing analysis
• Experience identifying and resolving clashes and interpreting construction drawings
• Ability to review and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and engineering drawings
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills for construction coordination
• Clear written and verbal communication, with experience documenting workflows, issue logs, or technical resolutions

Who should apply
