The Role

OpenTrain AI is engaging bilingual mental health experts to contribute nuanced psychological expertise to an AI training project. You will assess AI-generated psychological content, develop and review training datasets, and provide detailed written and verbal guidance for clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.

What You'll Do

You will help refine AI behavior by applying clinical psychology knowledge and careful evaluation to written content, case studies, assessments, and conversations. Your feedback will support model development while promoting accurate, relevant, ethical, linguistically appropriate, and culturally sensitive responses.

  • Identify potential biases or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based improvements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI training.
  • Ensure cultural, linguistic, and clinical best practices are reflected in diverse user scenarios.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for ongoing AI development.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

The project requires strong bilingual communication, analytical evaluation, psychological assessment, documentation, ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity, case study development, and written and verbal communication. Interdisciplinary collaboration and the ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly are also important.

Preferred applicants have a completed Ph.D. in Psychology or an M.D. with a completed psychiatry residency, along with experience in clinical practice, research, or higher education in psychology or psychiatry. Previous collaboration on interdisciplinary or technology-driven projects is a plus.

  • Comfort working in English, Bengali, and Russian.
  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills for psychological data and narrative content.
  • Deep awareness of cultural sensitivity and ethical considerations in global mental health contexts.
  • Ability to work with psychological assessments, case studies, documentation, and interdisciplinary teams.
