The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a BI Dashboard Performance Reporting Evaluator to assess AI-generated business intelligence dashboards and performance reporting artifacts. You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics.

This is a remote, hourly contractor engagement with part-time scheduling and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. The pay range is $80 to $120 per hour, with a listed rate of $120 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will review AI-generated business intelligence materials and determine whether they meet the applicable quality standards. Your evaluations should be careful, consistent, and supported by clear written reasoning.

• Evaluate AI-generated BI dashboards and performance reporting artifacts against quality rubrics.
• Identify factual errors in documents, spreadsheets, dashboards, and slide decks.
• Identify aesthetic and presentation errors that affect clarity or quality.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback on evaluated work products.

Requirements

This role requires substantial professional experience in BI dashboards and performance reporting, along with strong English communication and workplace software skills.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in BI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong proficiency with presentation tools, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint.

Helpful Background

An advanced degree from a reputable institution can be helpful for this engagement. A master's degree or higher is preferred as additional background, but the core requirement is relevant professional experience and the ability to evaluate reporting work against quality standards.
